ECCO was started in 1987 by Tony & Brenda Gross, to meet the needs they saw in their community of Eolia.  Located in southeastern Kentucky, Eolia is nestled in a valley at the foot of Pine Mountain in Letcher County, Kentucky.  This area of Kentucky is known for its coal mining heritage, close-knit families and the scenic views of the Appalachian mountains.  Come sit and relax for a while in a rocking chair on the front porch at ECCO ~ we’d love meet you!
